Your Design(s) turnaround time will be given at the time of your order and payment has been successfully completed.

PrettyTech Co. Aims for the quickest turnaround time usually within 2-3 business days depending on the project and current orders.

Turnaround times are subjected to be extended if all REQUIRED / NECESSARY INFORMATION or MATERIALS have not been given to PrettyTechCo.

Need Your Order Sooner than the turnaround time date agreed upon? Rush Fee's can be applied on services for an additional $20.00 (this excludes Website Development).

Under No Circumstances are refunds provided. All projects are non-refundable.

In the event that client is challenging, rude, or difficult to work with PrettyTechCo. has the ability to conclude any projects with that client and issue a refund of the deposit paid. (This is the only time a refund will be issued.)

To cancel any project please contact PrettyTechCo. as soon as possible (Please know that deposits will not be refunded.) Any future services will require re-ordering / re-booking again.

Once deposit is paid and project is in progress the maximum of 2 days (48 hours) will be given for a client to respond regarding project. If the client has not responded in that timeframe the project will be cancelled and refunded due to no communication.

All clients will be provided with the following file formats depending on requested services:

.jpg, .png, .pdf

.PSD, .SVG files can be provided upon request.

Clients are given 2 revisions including any color changes, font changes, wording etc. After the 2 revisions have been exceeded a $10.00 revision fee will apply per revision or change.

All design drafts will be watermarked for review before clients approval on final design.

For additional Design(s) to be included after 2 design options / or concepts for logos an $40.00 redesign fee will be applied per design.

Once project / design(s) are approved, and final files are sent sent no additional revisions can be made.

All Payments whether Full Balances, Deposits, and or Remaining Balances must be submitted via the following: PayPal, CashApp, or via our website.

All services have the option to be paid in full up front or a 50% deposit to start project then remaining balance can be paid at the end of the project.

Remaining balances are due before any final copies or files can be sent.

If no balances are received PrettyTechCo will not be authorized to send official files or projects until payment has been received.
