What is the standard Turnaround Time ?
We aim to have orders back to the client as fast as possible. Usually standard turnaround times are 1 to 3 business days (excluding websites, and full ebook designs).
However, depending on previous orders turnaround can extend past the 3 business day mark.
It honestly depends on what type of services you need.

What is the normal process of ordering / services ?
1. New Client Form is completed (if needed).
2. Order is placed with all information sent to PrettyTechCo,
3. Deposit is paid and Turnaround time is confirmed,
4. Watermarked designs are sent to client for review.
5. Design(s) are confirmed and approved by client.
6. All remaining balances are paid.
7. Official copies and files are sent to client.
What is the payment process ?
All orders can be paid in full, or a deposit of 50% of service(s) can be put down to start project. You can submit payments via PayPal, Cash App, or through the website.
Why are High Definition / High Quality Photos strongly recommended ?
High quality photos are highly recommended to ensure a clean, neat and cohesive representation of your brand. High quality photos provide the best reusults for graphics and branding.
What is the refund policy ?
Once a project has started there will be No Refunds of any kind. All services are non-refundable, so please book accordingly.
